　　★　In 1986, to introduce technology of pump hydraulic design and manufacture from Jeumont Schneider , and the special steel smelting technology of anti-corrosive and abrasive- proof materials from Haute Sambre of France.

　　★　In 1988, Pump &Valve producing line of WuErWu is listed as State Key technology improving project

　　★　In 1999, registered in High tech zone (national level) of Xiangfan

　　★　In 2001, be listed in High-tech Enterprise of Hubei province;

　　★　In 2004, WuErWu Pump suceeded in developing FGD recirculation pump and operated in the site,

　　★　In 2006, WuErWu Pump had turnover with 150 millions RMB;

　　★　In 2007, succeeded in developing FGD pump type LC900/1150, which was a largest size at that time in China;

　　★　In 2008, New factory in Xiangfan High-tech zone been go into operation;

　　★　In 2010, headquarters was stationed into High-tech zone, and to obtain turnover 480 millions RMB.

　　★　In 2013, list in Shanghai Stock with Stock Exchange 002246.
