The PLC series pumps are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant manufactured by our factory by introducing French Jeumont Schneider pump design and manufacturing technology and Haute Sambre special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant smelting and casting technology Submerged pump.
This series of pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever vertical centrifugal pumps, which are designed based on multi-phase flow theory and practical experience. They are suitable for transporting liquids containing suspended particles, corrosive, abrasive media, viscous media, and scaling properties. The pump type of liquid containing gas fully considers the good capacity, reliability, service life and efficiency of flow-through parts of solid objects, and is an ideal pump type for conveying solid-phase media. This series of pumps are widely used in fertilizer, chemical, sewage treatment, food, paper, sugar, mining and other industries.
Structural features
（1） The pump has an advanced design and strong overall reliability. It adopts a rigid design with a thick pump shaft, large bearing capacity and reasonable rotor force to ensure continuous long-cycle operation of a single pump.
（2） The impeller is a closed wide flow path impeller, which is conducive to the passage of solid media without clogging. The impeller has front and back blades. The front blades are used to prevent the medium from flowing back to the pump inlet. The back blades are used to Balance axial force and reduce axial leakage pressure to improve pump efficiency;
（3） The pump is equipped with an axial adjustment device. When the abrasion or corrosion of the flow part occurs, the gap between the impeller and the casing can be adjusted by the adjustment device to maximize the recovery of the pump performance and extend the service life of the pump.
（4） Double bearing support, the distance between the two bearings is long.
（5） The shaft diameter is thick, the shaft has few steps, and the shaft has good rigidity.
（6） The support tube and bearing box are designed with good rigidity and the pump runs smoothly.
