Parameters
LCP series petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. They are designed according to the American Petroleum Institute API610 Tenth Edition and API 682 Second Edition specifications. Process pump with high degree of generalization, cavitation and high efficiency.
Application area
Transporting low or high temperature, neutral or corrosive, clean liquids, mainly used for:
Refineries, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry and cryogenic engineering;

Technical characteristics of the product
1. The sealed cavity is completely designed in accordance with the API682 standard requirements. It can be equipped with bellows mechanical seals, single-end and double-end mechanical seals, and can be washed and cooled in various forms.
2. LCP series petrochemical process pump, the main body adopts radial split structure, the pump body is the center support; some specifications of the pump body are designed with double volute structure, which can well balance radial force. The pump body and the pump cover are connected to form a pressure housing, which has high safety and reliability.
3. The pump body can be equipped with thermal insulation （cold） jacket. The pump cover is provided with a cooling water cavity to keep the working cavity of the pump warm （cold） and expand the range of use of this series of pumps.
4. The impeller adopts a closed structure to adapt to the conveyance of different media. The impeller is equipped with a mouth ring and a balance hole to balance the axial force. It can also be equipped with an induction wheel to improve the cavitation performance of the pump.
5. The bearing housing can be made of cast iron and cast steel （two materials in special cases）。 The bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and a constant oil cup is set on the box to automatically control the oil level. The rear bearing can adopt angular contact ball bearing or tapered roller bearing according to the working pressure and inlet pressure. The bearing is provided with a water-cooled structure.
