Parameters
HE chemical standard pump is an improved version of IH, which is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its marking, performance and size are in accordance with GB5662-85 “Marking, Performance and Size of Axial Suction Centrifugal Pump （16bar）” and it is equivalent to ISO2858-1984. Manufacturing technical conditions adopt GB5656-94 “Technical Conditions for Single-stage Single-suction Chemical Centrifugal Pumps” （equivalent to ISO / DIS5199-1986）
This series of pumps are widely used in chemical, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other industrial sectors to transport corrosive or non-polluting media that do not contain solid particles.
The temperature of the pumped medium is generally -20 ℃ ～ + 150 ℃， and the special temperature can reach + 180 ℃。
Structure decription
Compared with the IH pump, the IHE pump shaft is thicker and the reliability is greatly improved.
The rear door structure is adopted so that the pump body and pipeline need not be disassembled during maintenance.
Shaft seals are available with packing seals, internal and external single-face mechanical seals, and double-face mechanical seals. The mechanical seal is suitable for cleaning the medium without suspended particles. The newly installed pipeline should be flushed clean. The crystallized medium should be flushed frequently. The sealing surface should be flushed after stopping and before restarting.
