CHL （CHLK） series is a kind of coal chemical process pump that is resistant to corrosion and abrasion and meets the requirements of API-610. It is suitable for conveying clean or high temperature corrosive media containing particles. It is widely used in coal chemical industry, seawater desalination, Paper, pulp, sugar, power plants, petrochemicals, etc.
Technical characteristics
1.CHL type high temperature process pump adopts API 610 standard design. In order to meet the high temperature requirements, the pump is designed with a pump cavity cooling insulation sleeve to force the pump cavity to cool. Cooling with the bearing box; to ensure the comprehensive mechanical performance of each component under high temperature conditions.
2. In order to meet the requirements of abrasion resistance, the pump body, pump cover and impeller are all made of high-strength stainless steel to transport media with different abrasion resistance requirements.
3. The mechanical seal adopts a single-face balanced mechanical seal, and is designed with a throttling sleeve.
4. Coupling end bearing adopts double row angular contact ball bearing, pump end bearing adopts cylindrical roller bearing, impeller is provided with back ribs, which can effectively bear axial force and radial force generated during operation; using elastic diaphragm coupling The shaft can be easily disassembled for maintenance.
