The LCPG series petrochemical process pump is a horizontal, two-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump designed according to American Petroleum Institute API 610 and API 682 specifications. It has high reliability, long life, stable operation and high generalization. Features such as cavitation and high efficiency.

Product technical characteristics
1.LCPG series two-stage petrochemical process pump, the pump casing (1) adopts radial split type center support, and the pump body bracket (10) is provided with a cold take-up water interface. If necessary, the cooling water is effectively ensured that the pump operates in the normal temperature range. ;
2. The rotor component adopts the support structure at both ends, which is balanced by force, reliable in operation and high in stability;
3. The secondary pump cover (9) and the pump body are connected to form a pressure housing, which has high safety and reliability, and the secondary pump cover is equivalent to the left end machine seal, which acts as a static seal;
4. The pump adopts one stage (3) two stage (2) two impellers, which effectively guarantees high lift requirements;
5. The first-stage pump cover (4) is connected with the mechanical seal (12), and then connected with the first-stage bearing gland (8) through bolts to ensure the sealing performance of the pump during operation;
6. The bearing housing and the bracket (6) are integrated, cost-effective and excellent in performance; the bracket can be cast steel, and the tank is provided with a constant oil cup, which can automatically control the oil level;
7. The front end bearing adopts sliding bearing and has strong bearing capacity. The rear end bearing (5) can adopt angular contact ball bearing or tapered roller bearing according to working pressure and inlet pressure. The bearing is lubricated with thin oil and the bearing is provided with water-cooled structure (11) To further ensure that the bearing operates at a safe temperature;
8. The sealed cavity is designed according to the requirements of API 682. It can be equipped with bellows mechanical seal, single end, double mechanical seal, and can be washed and cooled in various forms.
