Structural features
(1) The pump has advanced design, strong reliability, rigid design, thick pump shaft, large bearing capacity, reasonable rotor force, ensuring continuous operation of single pump for long periods of time;
(2) The suction port of the FYL pump runs along the axis, the outlet is perpendicular to the axis, and the suction direction of the pump is seen to rotate counterclockwise toward the motor end.
(3) The pump is provided with an axial adjustment device. When the flow device has a certain degree of abrasion or corrosion, the adjustment device can adjust the gap between the impeller and the casing to maximize the recovery of the pump performance and prolong the service life of the pump.
(4) Double bearing support, the distance between the two bearings is long.
(5) The shaft diameter is coarse, the shaft step is small, and the shaft has good rigidity.
(6) The bearing tube and bearing box are designed for good rigidity and the pump runs smoothly.
