Low flash cycle pump
In the phosphate compound fertilizer industry, the advanced production technology of large-scale wet-process phosphoric acid represented by low-level flashing process has been widely used in China. The key equipment is a phosphoric acid slurry low-level flash evaporation circulating pump, which is characterized by large flow rate. Technical characteristics
(1) According to the working conditions of the user, the LHZ series axial flow pump is designed in two structural forms, a mixed flow pump impeller and an axial flow pump impeller;
(2) The ingenious design of the bearing in the bearing bracket can fully balance the axial force and radial force during the running of the shaft, so that the pump operation is more stable and more reliable;
(3) The transmission modes of LHZ series axial flow pumps mainly include direct connection, transmission through reducer and belt transmission.
