Self-priming pump
IHZ series corrosion-resistant chemical self-priming pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is a derivative series of our company's IHE series chemical standard pump. Its characteristic is that it has the function of automatic suction. In addition to the first use, it must be filled into the pump. When it is started again, it can be automatically sucked up without the need of filling liquid. It can be used with ease, easy to use and reliable.
The pumps are designed for a pressure of 16 bar and a delivery medium temperature of –20 ° C to +150 ° C. Widely used in chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, petrochemical, paper, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other industrial sectors to transport corrosive or non-contaminating media without solid particles.
Structure description
The rear door structure is adopted, and it is not necessary to disassemble the pump body and the pipeline during maintenance.
The shaft seal is made of single-end mechanical seal. The mechanical seal is suitable for cleaning the medium without suspended particles. The newly installed pipeline should be rinsed clean. For the crystallized medium, it should be washed frequently. The sealing surface should be rinsed off after stopping and restarting.
