　　On August 24th, the “Academician Expert Workstation” for the research on weapons and equipment innovation technology of the Northwest Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of China Ordnance Industry Group was unveiled. On the spot, the academician of the “Academician Expert Workstation” was awarded to the academician Li Kuiwu.

　　Weapons equipment innovation technology research “Academician expert workstation” led by Academician Li Kuiwu, mainly relying on the two professional technical teams of the Institute, the team members nearly 70 people, mostly young people of 35 years old, with senior titles and master's degree or above 90%.

　　The “Academician Expert Workstation” is mainly dedicated to the research of defense technology innovation, focusing on strengthening cooperation in the field of innovative technology research with core key technologies.
