The FYL submersible pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal liquid submersible working pump, which is used to transport 30 ~ 32% P2O5 of extracted phosphoric acid slurry, the temperature is 30 ~ 70 ℃， and the liquid-solid ratio is 4: 1 ~ 3: 1. For transportation of other corrosive media or suspensions.
Structural features
（1） The pump has an advanced design and strong overall reliability. It adopts a rigid design with a thick pump shaft, large bearing capacity and reasonable rotor force to ensure continuous long-cycle operation of a single pump.
（2） The suction port of the FYL pump follows the axis direction, and the outlet is perpendicular to the axis. The suction port of the rotation direction of the pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end.
（3） The pump is equipped with an axial adjustment device. When the abrasion or corrosion of the flow part occurs, the gap between the impeller and the casing can be adjusted by the adjustment device to maximize the recovery of the pump performance and extend the service life of the pump.
（4） Double bearing support, the distance between the two bearings is long.
（5） The shaft diameter is thick, the shaft has few steps, and the shaft has good rigidity.
（6） The support tube and bearing box are designed with good rigidity and the pump runs smoothly.
