FYL series pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal cantilever submerged pump with a design pressure of 16 bar and a delivery medium temperature of + 120 ℃. It is suitable for conveying corrosive medium containing solid particles or suspension, and widely used in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, petroleum, paper making, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other industries. It is the ideal equipment for the production pump of phosphorus chemical industry.

1. The pump adopts the design theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow pump, which has high efficiency and stable operation performance, and is suitable for pumping liquid containing suspended particles and high viscosity liquid;

2. The whole pump adopts rigid design, with large bearing capacity and strong reliability, to ensure the continuous long-term operation of single pump;

3. The pump is equipped with an axial adjustment device. When the flow passage parts are subject to certain abrasion and corrosion, the clearance between the impeller and the shell can be adjusted through the adjustment device to maximize the recovery of the pump performance and extend the service life of the pump;

4. The supporting pipe and bearing box are designed with good rigidity, the pump runs stably, the semi open impeller and the front pump cover structure are convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
